Good sized room, comfy bed, would have loved to have a window that opened. Air conditioning only.|Super breakfast, self service. Would have expected a pot of tea not make your own in a mug. |Staff very friendly and more than helpful. |We booked an executive room, much bigger bed. Executive lounge serving complimentary drinks and small snacks but only between 6pm and 8pm. |Perfect location. Yes we would book again.

Another great stay at the Hilton Cambridge. Albeit with a fall in standards, particularly in the Executive Lounge. Great location.||Rooms and views are not exciting, but the staff are mostly friendly and helpful. ||The Executive Lounge is a pleasant space, though very little in the way of snacks throughout the day and rarely attended by staff to clear tables or top up. 'Happy Hour' is two hours in the evening when snacks and alcohol are available. Alcohol choice not what it used to be and sadly the red wine is very mediocre. Major premium is charged for exec rooms, so available refreshments, mean that it is very disappointing and likely explains why the lounge was not any where near as busy as it used to be.||Very comfortable beds, coffee machine and kettle. Bizarrely only one packet of biscuits - rather mean.||Bathroom dated. Bath over shower, apparently no walk in showers in the hotel. Toiletries are good quality - large dispensers.||Service in bar is attentive and good. Drinks nicely served.||Breakfast is great, with reasonable choice. Hot food is constantly topped up.||Valet parking is a bonus and works well when there are enough staff on duty.

From the very first interaction, our stay at the Hilton Cambridge Hotel was incredibly welcoming. Traveling with my two children, aged 2 and 7, we were delighted by the hotel's thoughtful touches for families. The check-in desk for kids was adorable and set the tone for a wonderful stay.||Our room was beautifully set up with a kids' tipi, complete with colouring books, Hilton branded sunglasses, and other activities that kept my boys entertained for a good hour, giving me the chance to unpack and settle in. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the attractions nearby.||One highlight of our trip was the punt tour, which I highly recommend pre-booking. It was an absolute must-do and a memorable experience for all of us. Breakfast was another highlight, with my boys loving the pancake-making station and the extensive buffet spread that catered to everyone's tastes.||Overall, the Hilton Cambridge Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fun for our family. We can't wait to return!

Great location within 5-15 min walk of literally everything!! Rooms are clean and nice esthetic, but beds are definitely harder spring beds, the tub floor is substantially higher than the ground so it's kinda sketchy getting out without slipping (I just held the door knob), and just for awareness, there isn't a clock or mini fridge in the room. Valet only but it is very timely!

This hotel is in a great location. It's next to the Grand Arcade shopping centre and a short walk from the universities.||The reception is on the upper level so you have to walk up the stairs or take the lift. It's a nice open bright lobby. There's a bar and a restaurant, we only stayed for one night for an event so didn't get to use either.||The check in was quick and the staff were excellent. The man who checked us in gave us lots of great information, he even showed us how to get to our event and and advised us to take a taxi as we would struggled to walk that far in high heels and he was right.||It was mother's day weekend, so they also had some chocolates at reception, which was a nice touch.||The room and bathroom were a good size, we had two decently big beds and a very big TV. Our room was on the top floor, so our internal view on the lobby roof wasn't great.||It was a nice hotel, and the location was excellent, so I would definitely stay here again for that reason.

Location was Ace. Walking distance for all our needs. Room was spick and span, ready earlier than expected which made settling in a breeze. Underground parking was easy and took the stress out of our arrival. Staff were all attentive and willing to help and advise. The executive lounge was a piece of tranquility in a busy hotel, offering lots of free snacks and hot and cold drinks. Overall a welcoming experience and would come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From check-in to departure, everything was seamless, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by one of the servers, Yuko.

Yuko went above and beyond to make sure every meal was not only enjoyable but memorable. Her attentiveness, warm demeanor, and genuine care for guests made a real difference in our stay.
Speaking of food – it was absolutely top-notch. Every dish was prepared with incredible attention to detail, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Whether it was breakfast, a casual lunch, or a more formal dinner, the quality was consistently excellent. You could tell the kitchen takes real pride in their work.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort and amenities, but for the exceptional staff like Yuko and the fantastic food that truly set it apart. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very good location - right next to the Grand Arcade shopping centre. The hop-on-hop off bus has a stop right outside. It's a very short walk from some good restaurants, cafes and museums.

We went to the paino bar which was good. Nice ambience and great drink options.

My room was clean, descent.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
Parking is very expensive £30 per night.
