A great little place to train and learn.
No ego’s. A real essence of team rather than individuals. The coaches really seem to care and the other fighters are great to train with.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve been training at Lift MMA for about 3 months now. the team there are amazing and the coaches are very experienced, professional and friendly. My grappling has come on massively since joining the gym and couldn’t ask for a better place to train

LIFT MMA is such a wonderful space to practice mixed martial arts, it’s incredibly inclusive and welcoming. The classes go into great detail which is excellent and the coaches are super too.
