I have just finished a BSL course on a Monday evening and it was amazing. The course was really interesting, fun, friendly and taught well. The tutor made it easy to understand and was very supportive and helpful, because of this I want to do the next level, bring it on ?

The lady on the phone think she's called Penny needs some customer service skills she's really abrupt and unhelpful and it's put me off learning here to be honest was made to ring 5 times to find out the most simplest answer to a question which was made 10X more difficult by Penny who asked me to ring again or ring tomorrow because she was going home if that's going above and beyond for people who needs help then I dunno what is. And be aware nobody answers the phone at reception hardly or you're kept waiting and when asked to speak to management the manager is never at the phone and therefore asks you to call back which is problem unsolved.

What an absolute bunch of monkeys, staff haven’t got a clue, if they’re training people, god help us. I would definitely not recommend this place. There’s places much better with more professional staff in Hull
