I can't say enough good things about ProjectY! Joining was honestly the best decision I've ever made for my health and fitness. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Joining Project Y is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made.Before I joined I was not really in a good place, I was in a bit of a rut.I needed help. Since joining my confidence and belief in myself as grown. I only started in August and all ready my body shape has completely changed and mindset is much more positive which has impacted my life as a whole. The coaches are so knowledgeable and adapt things to suit your needs. Everyone is so friendly. A real community feel.I never thought I would say this but I absolutely love going to the gym.I cannot ever imagine never going again.It has been life changing.

Project Y is the place to be!

I have been training at Project Y for over a year now and I can’t even begin to explain how much my overall health has improved. I have lost weight, increased muscle mass and strength but more importantly I’ve gained confidence in a gym environment and learnt how to be consistent and disciplined when it comes to training.

Joe, Alex and Beth are very knowledgeable and supportive, this makes training at Project Y a safe space to train because you really can put your trust in them.

Overall, the community at Project Y is amazing and I love training here!

I’ve been at Project Y since they opened just over 2 years ago. During this time I have had major surgery. Once I had recovered the team at Project Y have supported me in getting back to training.
Joe, Alex and Beth continue to support me in my journey back to full fitness, they have customised classes to enable me to rejoin the gym community.
Their knowledge, kindness and support is second to none.

The BEST place to train in Hull!

I joined Project Y over two years ago, and it has transformed my approach to fitness. I struggled when starting work out of uni, to find routine and having accountability for exercise. Joe, Alex and Beth are amazing at providing the structure, accountability and all round good vibes to make exercise something that I not only enjoy, but look forward to.

From someone who couldn't even lift a barbell when I first joined, to now training regularly and continuing to make progress in both my fitness and strength. The sessions push you, whilst keeping in mind your individual goals & concerns; it truly is adapted for everyone.
