I attended a two week customer service course in Stamford which was taught by Tim Mcgibbon who was a great tutor. i think the course are awesome because you open you horizons to new job offers and tim mcgibbon is a great tutor as he can have a bit of banter and kathleen west was a great tutor as she was a tutor that helped to explain the questions clearer.
