Simon who runs this club and his lovely daughter with AMAZING hair are so kind and welcoming. I really enjoy listening to Simon Coaching through various self defence situations and the humour he brings to his explanations is so comical. There are not many people I have got the time of day for but Simon and his daughter are really fab - I recommend this club ?

Simon is fantastic with all the children who are learning taekwondo. I was really worried, as my son wanted to learn martial arts, with him being severely sight impaired. I thought he may find a group session hard but Simon has been fantastic. He asked how best to teach my son best places for him to stand and asked if he can put my son in the right position and touch his body parts that need to hit the pads like the top off the foot side of the foot ect. Simon has a lot of knowledge and is patience with everyone.

I have been taking my son to Quest for a year and a half now. Every lesson is different which means he is never bored. The Quest team always go above and beyond to ensure the athlete are reaching their full potential.

Simon is an awesome coach and focuses on the development of each individual child.

Quest is more than a club and being a new member and saying I feel welcomed and well instructed is an understatement.
If it's a new hobby you want, for self defense, confidence building, general fitness or a path to the Olympics?! Quest has it all and they do a free trial. Definitely worth a look if you're even half way interested

Our son (7) has been attending for over 2 years, and throughly enjoying his time being taught by Simon and his team. High praises to Simon for his professionalism, dedication, attentiveness, and patience. Edit - It has been nearly a year since joining Quest, and every lesson is fun and teaches something different. I’m still highly recommending to everybody!

I've been attending sessions for just over a month now. It has been a very welcoming experience and everybody is very helpful! I would highly recommend anybody joining the sessions!
