Nancy is superb at delivering courses. Essex Beauty schools offers anything you need. Nancys knowledge is off the scale especially in understanding the skin. Had pregnancy massage training, it was very in depth formative and had more than enough time to practice on the models provided. Nancy really knowledgeable tutor and even after completing training she is always happy to help you with any questions you have. Best recommendations! I have just completed my Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Massage aswell as pregnancy massage. Nancy was extremely knowledgeable with so much experience working with well known brands that I felt i was being taught by the best. Having just completed my NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy course with EBTS I just wanted to post how highly I recommend the training I received.
From my initial enquiry, and throughout the duration of the course I was provided with all the high-quality training materials and support I could have hoped for. Class sizes were kept small so I often felt like I was getting 1:1 masterclass tuition!
Nancy (the lead trainer and owner) is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly patient and approachable. Since completing my course, she has utilised her industry knowledge and contacts to provide me with invaluable advice, which has had a really positive impact on my journey.
I feel very fortunate to have found EBTS, and Nancy in particular. For those of you reading this review and considering who you should approach for training, there is no better place than EBTS to study!

I did my rf microneedling training today with Nancy donovan and was really impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Did a hopi ear candelling diploma with Nancy and what can I say! I was heavily pregnant (awful timing on my behalf but there you go!) And everything Nancy did for me whilst maintaining professionalism was amazing! I'd highly recommend the school and Nancy to anyone wishing to specialise train or someone looking to do their NVQ. She was upmost professional the whole time, helping me understand and gain all my knowledge I hold on hopi ear candling. She is extremely easy to get along with which definitely helps when you are learning! All models where provided for me as well which was an added bonus! Throughly enjoyed the course and would always look to train with Nancy again if I was looking to add to my current skills
