A fascinating place! There were dozens of different units occupied by a huge variety of businesses. It's also a bit creepy but that adds to the charm
I called at the frame game to get a painting framed.... the man is a genius.
This place is definitely worth a visit.

Interesting building all sorts of services located near the barrow hill railway roundhouse. Edit the photos shown by google belong to the barrow hill round house google doesnt have the ability to distinguish the clocktower and tge roundhouse center even though they are 1/2 a kilometer apart?

Nice building. Free parking on site. A range of different businesses and companies running from there. They could do with more toilets as gents is on ground floor and ladies on the first. Toilets also need a refurb as paint peeling on walls

Secure Business centre with wide range of different businesses based. Big car park. Access is 24/7, so if you work there you have an opportunity to work any hours you want. Facilities on site and much more. There is a cafe nearby with affordable prices and nice menu on offer. Public transport is connecting with Staveley and Chesterfield town centre by bus number 90, what goes in about once in hour.

Collection of small businesses. Doesn't look much from the outside you have to go in to see what services are there. They do have shared toilets and mail facilities.

I went there and parked may car went in the building around 4pm yesterday for half an hour and when i come back i realised that somebody nicked my egzost.So dont park your car there when it is dark.I know who did it but unfortunately i cant prove it
