Excellent staff and great adventure centre.

This place has been around for ever and even though I grew up in the same area, I never really used this place - until now.

This place is the best place to learn to ski/snowboard as it's a small cosy environment, the prices are competitive and most importantly the instructors are absolutely brilliant.

My first day was nerving, but Louis and Paul provided constant reassurance and praise and that really helped the development of my learning. It's not the easiest thing to learn when you're the oldest person in the group, but being told that other older people have learnt made me feel much better and by the end of the day I felt proud that I had learnt a new skill even though not at the speed I had expected. I subsequently booked a Group Lesson and really enjoyed this as Mark was the instructor with only three students and I achieved the level of progress I was seeking by the end of this session.

I have booked further lessons to take me to recreational level and beyond, providing I don't injure myself or get bored.

I would highly recommend this place over Snowdome, Tamworth (even though it's a lot closer to me) because the staff are truly brilliant, you receive the personal touch and it's very cosy.

Keep up the great work and see you soon.

A brilliantly organised event arranged by summer lovely people! Dave was very accommodating and explained everything slowly and well for what we did. Making fires, building dens, archery, all done with precision and professionalism throughout. Definitely recommend this venue for a good day out and you learn lots. We even had nettle tea made for us over a roaring fire and freshly pulled nettles with water boiled in a saucepan. Great fun! Lots more to do there too! Fantastic!! 👍

Open Day for families so I decided to see what this place was like before I spent my money there and unfortunately the first impression was very poor. The poster about the event clearly stated that there would be food available. I couldn't imagine otherwise because the place opened at 10 to 4 pm so at lunch time. No food. Not even regular packaged sandwiches. Zero. So we arrived hungry and left hungry. No bins so I had to carry crisps and cookies packaging (which we stuffed ourselves with because of hunger) with me! Long queues for each attraction which was to be expected. On the way I didn't meet a single white person except the staff which was very very strange. I see that some people mention that this attraction is located in an unattractive place. I have the same opinion - the district is disgusting: dirt everywhere and people behave wildly. I don't know the price list but I didn't find any attractive activity for us. Want to go climbing we have 2 locations in Birmingham endless climbing walls better than this one wall. Water activities are also better locations in Birmingham to go boating or kayaking. Nothing attractive. Sorry but this place needs renovation and a specific business plan unless your target audience is people who demand little and will pay little.

I am a local resident and have been here since the early 90's to just find out such a place exists in my locality.

This is an excellent place for the kids, majority of the activities are for kids aged 8 upwards. My little one's loved it, we would definitely be coming back and trying some more activities.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, they have knowledge in the area and go above and beyond.

Highly recommend for kids aged 8 and above.

I'm really impressed with this place

We took a group of 30+ 16 year olds, and they loved it - ALL of them overcoming their initial fears of heights and climbing due to the attentiveness of the super friendly, helpful, fun staff and instructors.

100% would recommend this place for a day out with kids of all ages (fun for adults too 😉)

Brilliant set up, very safe (everyone in harnesses) and secure
