Completed both my Door Supervisor and CCTV course in the last 2 weeks with Advance Training Academy. I was taught by John Mbon one of the best SIA trainers in the country, very engaging, makes the learning fun and makes sure that we do well in the exams. Everyone in the office is also very helpful with any quieries.

Please please do not enrol with is academy. The receptionist is the world's worst person I've ever met. She doesn't know how to talk, she doesn't help, she's is rude and unprofessional. Everyone in that academy is unprofessional. We sat there 6 hours doing nothing and our class ended at 11.45pm. They dont know how to teach. After sending my assignment i have to fight to get my certificate. They want me to pay for another course first to get my certificate. After a series of emails and phone calls they agreed to send my certificate for £10 extra for recorded delivery. But I received with a 1st class stamp.
Please avoid.

I paid to attend a classroom AET 3 day course but changed it 2 days prior to zoom
No offer of refund and did not accept my request to not attend via zoom.
Do not use this company the customer service was rude over the phone.

I had a great first-aid training all the staff was wonderful and very friendly the teacher john Mbon made the training so enjoyable creating a wonderful learning environment i definitely recommend them thx alot and i m looking forward to start the door supervision and cctv training ..thx alot?

The trainer was so careful and meticulous about the knowledge she passed onto the class. We were issued with books that we're allowed to keep, which is something you don't usually come across in many training courses.

Jonathan Arthur's who was the DS topup instructor thoroughly had vast knowledge and experience,I and the rest of my colleagues enjoyed the training and gained alot of experience.Jonathan was methodical in his approach and I personally feel more confident in carrying out my duties.Great topup training and will pass recommendations to my friends,relatives and colleagues

I had done my SIA course at the Advance Training Academy not too long ago. I didn’t know how to feel going into it since it was a week long. However my teacher, John Mbon made it the best experience ever. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. The week was very beneficial and worth while; there was never a dull moment in class with John. He made sure we understood everything and worked hard but was always up for a laugh. I’d love to come back and visit, Thank you very much John, all the best.
