My daughter's child minder told me about Allenscroft baby groups. That was how i found this school
I started to visit groups when my little one was 5 months old and I knew this would be my choice for applying nursery place. And there is not a moment I have regret.
And now our daughter attend this Nursery and she loved it! Teachers truly understood my daughter's own characteristic and provided very detailed feedback regarding her daily life in the nursery. They helped to build up my daughter's self-confidence, too.
The teachers are so kind and take time to listen to the children. Always do new and different activities so the little ones never get bored. The staff upload very often children's pictures and part of activities, a lot of games and funny challenges in Tapestry.

My little one adores it, she's always very happy when i pick her up. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. Definitely recommend it

Excellent nursery, highly recommend. My son has been at this nursery for almost 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are lovely, kind and caring. Communication is excellent we always know how his day has been. The office staff are brilliant too whenever I need to ask a question on email I get a reply within 24 hours.

I have already recommended to friends and family. I have also put my newborn sons name down ready for when he is able to go.

Thank you to all nursery staff you are all amazing!

I absolutely love this nursery. My daughter started here back in September and her little face lights up every morning she attends. She can't wait to get through those doors. She come home with great energy. The teachers are amazing so helpful and interactive with myself about my daughter. Couldn't ask for a better place to send my child.

My daughter attended this nursery last year 2019/20 after attending 2 private nurseries that were both rated outstanding.
Allenscroft Nursery had much more of an experienced, older staff team and had received training to a very high standard to deal with children at all learning levels.
My daughter had fun every day, she did loads of different activities, from wood work, to messy play of all sorts and they created a safe and calming environment. I always got honest feedback about what she had not eaten during the day compared to stories made up from other nurseries (sometimes this is extremely important when children have such extreme eating issues).
Without going into a lot of detail, this nursery gave my daughter the head start in life that she needed and if it wasn’t for them I would be fighting to get extra support in school now.
My daughter absolutely loved her teacher Sarah and she was so upset that she had to leave!
I want to give special thanks to Ann for the extra support she offered, as well as the information/resources she signed posted me to!
This nursery had the most amazing team (including reception team) and every time you walked in you felt completely welcome by all 🙂

We couldn't of wished for a better start for my daughter who was stimulated, respected and nurtured during her three years at Allen's Croft. The team are a family of dedicated professionals who genuinely take a child led approach to learning, giving children the freedom to express themselves and learn through a broad range of exciting discovery and play. The nursery has excellent facilites which are well maintained both indoors and out.

I attend different baby classes here and my daughter and I love it! We have been to baby massage, baby spa and baby sensory since my daughter was 5 weeks old and it’s been lovely to have a support network in such a creative and supportive environment! Since I moved to the area earlier on this year, I was looking for a baby class to take my babygirl to and fortunately first time round I found the perfect one. They cover everything at a reasonable price and make you feel so welcome, it's great for moms and babies. Everyone is so lovely and talkative. I would definitely reccomended to any mom's who are looking for baby classes. My baby loves it and it's so special, memories I'll keep forever! Thankyou Hayley and the team X X X

I feel like most of these reviews r from baby groups.cus ive sent my 2 year old to nursery there and had a really bad experience. She came back with facial injuries ,dirty face and hands.after 6 settling in sessions she wasnt allowed full day.even though she is completely happy ,calm child .when spoke to lead teacher she was very rude.and there
Was no communication about what my child did or eaten or how many nappy changes etc.so i have had to take her out from there.
