My experience in this center was not satisfactory at all. I took an exam that I passed and then the teacher called me to tell me that if I wanted the diploma I should go and take the exam again.

I’d avoid this place completely, my experience was awful… I enquired into a course in May! Had an initial assessment, missed the call initially called back a lady answered, I said Hello which was responded with “who’s this? She didn’t really have a clue what she was supposed to ask about and it was a bit of a mess…. Probably should of run a mile then but I thought one person can’t make a whole establishment. I then had to constantly chase for info, i was told by the head of the counselling dept I would be contacted in August (no one did) I called 2 weeks before the course was supposed to receive a call back which did not happen. The day of the course I left a voicemail as you literally can not get through on the phones then emailed. The person who responded to my email Was literally the only person who apologised and tried to help me, he’s actually wasted with these guys as as much as he tried to help no one else could be bothered. The head of counselling called back asking if anyone had been in touch which as per my email stated no one had, we went through course info and he said if it was my first level 3 I could get it funded this is wrong info his giving out and only applicable to 19-23yr olds! I was told that the class I missed was just an introduction nothing else and to go to the next class the week later. I then had to wait for the centre manager or someone to confirm my enrolment which the original person replying to my emails stated would be by the end of the next day. I waited and waited and surprise surprise nothing at all. I admitted defeat the whole level of service was just shocking and a complete waste of my time and energy. I managed to get enrolled in another course starting the same week with Sandwell College, I emailed the tutor and in the morning we had a telephone conversation and I was enrolled on the course which started the same evening
