It was a quiet, clean, and cute hotel. The ground floor has lots of areas for people and families to just sit around and chill together with cool couches. The rooms were quiet and chill with lots of space for luggage and a nice desk.
Check in was quick (so was getting a new keycard - be prepared to show your ID both times!) and we were able to request twin beds or a double bed upon check in.
Location is great as it’s right across from the Hatton Cross station and is only one stop on the tube from Heathrow Terminal 2.
Overall great bang for your buck, especially if you have an early morning flight the next day.

Fantastic 1 night stay at the Atrium Hotel.
Checked in by the lovely Muriel,managed to get room slightly early and she explained breakfast times and all amenities.
Room spacious,clean and comfortable.
Visited the Murio coffee lounge and was served by Johan,great service,very friendly and had bit chat.
Slept reasonably well ,bed a tad hard but other than that fine.
Breakfast wide range of hot & cold foods Inc cereals and cheese,& ham with salad.
Hot breakfast really nice with tea/coffee which was very good.
Visited the Spa,pool nice & warm very relaxing with steam & sauna nice & quiet so spent a good 1 hour in their.
Clean toilet & changing rooms.
There is also a lovely gym which I saw but didn't try out with all the latest equipment.
They do meals in the Orangetree restaurant reasonable prices and I'm sure they are lovely again excellent helpful staff in the restaurant very polite which is nice and makes you feel valued.
All in all an excellent stay special thanks to all the staff & especially Muriel&Johan who I spoke with.
The restaurant for breakfast is a lovely area not to busy plenty of safe and a super pleasant area for eating dinner/breakfast.
Thoroughly recommend The Atrium Hotel.

Very convenient to Heathrow, right across the street from Hatton Cross underground station. The rooms have everything you need - comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
Service in the restaurant was poor. Waited longer than necessary and servers seemed flustered. Food was ok, nothing fantastic.

Superb hotel and spa facilities. Great breakfast and hotel staff were very helpful and customer conscious. Big shout out to Muriel who handled an extra day booking for us very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.|Would definitely book again.

We stayed overnight before a morning flight from Heathrow.|The hotel is ideally located for just across the road from Hatton Cross Station (Piccadilly underground line, one stop from T1, two stops for T2/3). Note, the station has no lift or escalators. The station is also a large bus stop serviced by the London Loop SL7. It is on the corner of the Great South West Road and Faggs Road and close to the aircraft landing and departing Heathrow, despite this, the rooms are surprisingly quiet.|The room was of average size with a double bed, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a separate shower/WC. A modern design, clean, comfortable and, as previously noted, quiet.|The staff were friendly and welcoming. Because a room was available, we were able to check in early (phone ahead if you need this). |Of the facilities, we only used the bar which is at the back of the large dining room. It was quiet but well stocked and with reasonable prices. The restaurant was closed by the time we went in, but there were some bar snacks available.|In summary, ideally placed, quiet and clean Ideally placed for access by public transport to/from central London and Heathrow airport

Very convenient for the airport, can’t get any closer! We had a very comfortable family room, lots of space for a London hotel. My favourite feature was the brand new carpet which made the room very homely. |Breakfast in the atrium downstairs was perfectly adequate. |Car park is very small so I advise book your parking somewhere nearby

The rooms were clean and it was a nice hotel for the night. The location was good as it is next to a tube station. Also note that the tube station doesn't have a lift, so if you have luggage you will have to bring it up and down the stairs. There's a nice little pub nearby if you would like a drink or something to eat. Also it is near the airport and near a landing path so if outside you can hear the planes but we didn't hear anything in our room. The only thing that wasn't nice was the fire alarm going off late at night after we had already got ready for bed, which turned into a false alarm.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Handy for Heathrow. Underground across the street. Price was reasonable for what we got. It was a bit warm when we arrived but quickly cooled. Spotlessly clean and the staff were really nice. Would stay again no problems
