Bethan at Berkhamsted Fitness is brilliant - she's helped me rehab both my back and my arm, and got me into incredible shape for my wedding. Would recommend her to anyone! She's helped me with fitness, strength and nutrition, and I've also done Pilates and metafit classes with her, both of which were also great.
