Not at all happy, it's 8pm and my battery's flat because the mechanic knocked the footwell light switch on which is near the handbrake switch being worked on! Van needed in the morning. Supplied mintex parts to replace old handbrake parts which would only hold the van on flat ground. Now it won't even hold on the flat. I had neither the tools, time or patience to do the job myself.
Batt charged, now ECU locked out and garage not interested, be warned!
After a couple of weeks of random issues it turns out that a flat battery will blow the module operating the ignition switch. Looks like £250 for a secondhand switch and programming now. 😡
What is it with garages in this area... Took the vehicle for an oil change recently in Llanwrust, over filled 🙄. Lesson learnt.

Amazing team! I got stuck with my campervan in Betws-y-Coed last week due to a broken clutch and dodgy brakes. These guys were incredibly helpful and managed to fix everything quickly and professionally. Nicky was especially knowledgeable, and I’m truly grateful for how kind and supportive the whole team was. Visiting Bettws-Y-Coed for holiday, went to drive off for the day and noticed a flat tyre. No spare (modern cars 🙄) and Compressor broken 🙄. Bez kindly drove up to our holiday cottage, removed the wheel, fixed and replaced. Thank you so much, you saved our holiday 🍻🍻
