I never thought I'd say I love going to the gym but I really do love going to Body Happy! Jenny, Lisa, Adam and the whole team are welcoming and encouraging, and I am much stronger and healthier since joining a year ago. Body Happy has a friendly, positive atmosphere and supports everyone with their fitness goals. I am now a gym convert and highly recommend!

Body Happy gym is a welcoming and safe space for all bodies. My experience has been that gyms have always had a predatory undercurrent. Training at Body Happy is a completely different experience and one that I value and am so happy to have found. It is clean, the equipment is easy to use and well maintained and the staff are always happy to help.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Gym is clean and cleaning protocols followed by staff and clients. Machines are excellent with auto setup for many. Spin classes are good. I would prefer 45 minute spin class for the morning sessions. But you can't have everything...

Lovely friendly gym - I've visited a few gyms before but never joined one (and never felt inclined to) until now. Really helpful staff, great equipment and lots of space, and everyone I meet there is really friendly too. Went to my first class the other day (circuits) and will go back to that and try some of the others too.

Body happy is a brilliant spot. Gamification of workouts via the high-end machines keeps you moving. The great people who work there motivate and support you. And the clientele are totally cool for a relaxed vibe that is more play-in than workout. There's a big idea behind the gym that eclipses anything I've seen before. It's a place for mind, soul and body happy...
