I would like to thank you very much for this beauty explained in a fantastic atmosphere that Mark taught us. I am so very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, approach to students, nice atmosphere and sense of humor that I believe that this is how courses should be run. I understood more without stress. I can not write that previous instructors they were not ok because they were great but Mark is a Champion in my opinion. This is how courses should be run. What a great organisation. The staff are very cheery and helpful. They offer lost of services from the leeds office. Medical loan, refugee support, independent living, crisis education, Emergency response and many more. The British Red Cross refuse to ignore people in crisis.
