I would advise not touching these guys with a barge pole. Rubbish at communicating, no organisation and only bothered about getting their funds for doing absolutely nothing. At the very beginning of my apprenticeship I did my assessments and they were well aware I needed to do my English and maths level 2… fast forward 3 years, I can’t complete my level 2 overall because the exam board won’t let me due to be not doing my English and maths. I’m now unofficially doing my level 3 which will be complete this year, but not for me because I still haven’t done my exams, so it will be next year by the time you pull your finger out. I’ve emailed and had no responses. I feel like I’ve wasted a year of my life trying and getting nowhere, I’m doing really well and all my hard work to get done on time is just pointless. Everyone in my group are going to finish on time and get there qualifications, but not me. It’s not my fault, it’s yours, so Thankyou very much for doing nothing

Very poor. My son completed the assessment and was then left out in the cold so to speak, no help in finding a placement as he was told to find a placement himself.
City training would then do the health and safety checks, yes the easy bit.
You signed him up like the rest of them just for funding. 0 RATING.

Very poorly run outfit, a lot of people ticking boxes to justify their positions. They wouldn’t last 2 minutes working for me!

You get a phone call every now and again when they’ve got something that needs to be done but if you have something you need they aren’t helpful at all.

Our current apprentice is coming up to completing a level 3 course which is basically a foundation to level 4 (degree level) but they don’t offer the follow on course!

Awful service. I completed my first apprenticeship with this provider over 18 months ago and have just now received my qualification certificates. After being ignored by for months following the end of my course i gave up trying to contact them. Would definitely not recommend this provider to anyone!

It has taken my grandson since August 2019 to get his certificates for Maths and NVQ 3 mechanical engineering. How could this have happened. one phone call today 7/01/2020 to Bradford City College and one kind person took it on board to sort it. Also a new person at City training liased with them. Unfortunately he was supposed to get an incriment in August but Is still classed as an Apprentice on an apprentice wage 6 months lack of pay rise.

A few years back I did a17th edition electrical course with an online exam at the end. It was very fast paced but very good. A bit expensive these electrical courses are.
