I've been attending Pilates classes on a Friday morning for just over a year with Kirsten as the instructor. I can't recommend these classes enough! Kirsten's a fantastic instructor and I look forward to her classes each week. When I've had to swap a class Claire is quick to reply and accommodate me. If you're looking for a Pilates class then you need look no further!

I highly recommend Claire's Mixed Ability Pilates classes. I moved to Claire's classes a year ago after 15 years with previous Pilates teachers, who have since retired. The classes are challenging, but very enjoyable. I always feel energized after our weekly class.

My husband and I had a private pilates class with Claire at her home studio and it was fantastic! She took into account our injuries and shaped the class to our needs. I would highly recommend her to others and we are looking forward to our next class in the new year! Thanks again, Claire.

I cannot recommend Claire's classes highly enough. I have used them pre and post an operation, and they have been a great support in my recovery towards fitness again. She explains everything so well, and is so inclusive with ability, age, fitness levels that it feels safe. Her online classes are also excellent and I use them when abroad too, so that works very well for me. As someone else said, I would not be without them.

I have taken classes with Claire and Natalia so far. Both had a great blend of supportive, clear instruction and fun! Pilates is something I had a feeling would be beneficial to lower back issues, but was something I wouldn't necessarily be motivated to do on my own.
The mix of guided encouragement, group vibe, and variations to suit all abilities in the room was just what I needed!
I am sure my lower back issues improved even after the first class! It also highlighted areas of weakness other regular exercise wasn’t shining a light on, with an opportunity to strengthen those and bring more overall balance.
Lovely, friendly and professional introduction to these classes 🙂
Thoroughly recommend

Great class run by Kirsten. I initially signed up for 6 week block and now going into my 3rd year. A happy class, lots of laughs but also great care if you are struggling in any way. The only slight criticism I have is not being able to make up missed classes due to my commitments and would have appreciated a credit for the next block booked especially if due to sickness, not because you just couldn't be bothered but guess that process doesn't help the income

Claire’s classes are fantastic. I attend a mixed ability group and she differentiates every activity to take into account low and high levels of skill and knowledge, as well as those with injuries or those of us just not feeling it that day! Every session is meticulously planned and she explains why we are doing the exercises. She also offers other enrichment activities with her Pilates network of colleagues such as restorative yoga and even Pilates with Christmas wreath making (my personal favourite!)

The best way to start the day is with one of Claire's Pilates classes. Great for mixed ability and Claire talks through all of the exercises reminding you what you should be feeling, what muscles should be working and always happy to check and correct your movements. Highly recommend
