The best gym in the area!!

Coming from someone who was is not a gym bunny by any means…. Cobbydale forge have transformed me to actually enjoying the gym & I want to / need to go! They have managed to creat a great facility with a cracking atmosphere!

Sid’s Strong class if a firm favourite of mine!
But All the staff are friendly & helpful!!

I joined in November and every single coach and member has been so welcoming and encouraging and really helped me to stay motivated when I've been unsure being new to the gym environment. The classes are great and there's a large range of equipment and free weights. Would highly recommend to anyone on the fence about joining.

I joined Cobbydale Forge a few weeks ago and absolutely and utterly love the place. I’m doing the classes and have met more Dans and Dales in the past few weeks than I thought possible. Anyway, I’ve made it up to three 6:15am gym classes this week for the first time in my life and it’s simply the best start to my morning. I was quite nervous as I’ve never done classes like this really before but every single class instructor has taken the time to show me exactly what to do, helped me adjust weights and moves, kept an eye on me and motivated me so much. And everyone in the classes is friendly and helpful, so it’s a great atmosphere to get fitter and stronger in. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Massive massive thanks to all at Cobbydale Forge.

Just started going and it’s an Excellent gym with a great variety of equipment. The staff are really friendly and it’s always nice and clean.

My only issue is the hours it’s open are a bit restrictive especially for the price paid. It could have set staffed hours and then have unstaffed hours to allow it to be open for longer.

Minor issue aside, very much recommended.

Amazing gym, great classes, and fantastic equipment. Never overly busy even at peak times, and the staff are all really helpful and friendly. Recommend for anyone nervous or anxious about joining a gym!

The best gym around by far!
They have a wide range of equipment and space that is ever expanding. The classes and competitions on offer are a great way to push yourself too surrounded by lovely people.
But most of all it's the staff that make this a great gym to go to. They are so friendly and welcoming no matter who you are or your level of fitness. Everyone is truly welcome, and I've not felt that from a gym before. I love their ethos of investing back into the gym to make it even better for their members, and I'm always excited for what's coming next!
A special mention to Stu who I have had PT sessions with for 18 months. I have never been stronger and more proud of myself and that's because of his support and belief in me. He is a prime example of the dedication of the staff to their members and I would highly recommend booking sessions in with him to push yourself and do things you never thought you could!

I have been a member of Cobbydale Forge since it opened in January 2022.

Tucked away on your way up to the fire station this gym is truly amazing. It’s grown so vastly in the Last 12 months. It serves the community so well with a wide range of classes from kids to teens, to boxing to strength training. I’ve seen great results personally through the classes and PT’s with Danny. I cannot recommend enough. all team members are ace as are the members. #cobbydalefamily

The Best Gym, without a doubt.
Great space with great equipment, Love the variety that is on offer. The open gym, the classes, the in house competitions.
My children also love the Cobbydale Forge and the classes and they always feel welcomed.
The Staff at Cobbydale Forge are AMAZING they genuinely care about every member.
Every member I have ever encountered has been friendly and encouraging.
Not to mention the quality clothing!
