This has got to be THE BEST martial arts school .Mr and Mrs Colley go out of their way to make everyone enjoy their learning journey. The teaching is terrific, the enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication to the arts is second to none. The other students are all one big family and everyone is accepted and welcomed with open arms whatever their age, gender, ability or background. Going to these lessons has become such a huge part of my life. Whoever knew that getting fit could be such fun!

I joined Cojalina when I was at the worst fitness of my life to take up Karate as a hobby. I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Jon, Natalie and the rest of the class; so much so that I’m now there 3 times a week for Karate, Kickboxing & Kickjutsu (and getting in fantastic shape)!

I’d recommend for anyone looking to get fitter, to learn martial arts in an accessible way or for a great social atmosphere.

Me and my daughter attend this academy and we love it. The instructors are fantastic and are very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We have been attending for the past 2 years and the changes in both me and and my daughter are amazing. My daughter was so shy she wouldn't speak to anyone, she has so much confidence in herself now. I would recommend this martial arts club to anyone whatever ability you might have.
