My experience working at the trust has been great. Attentive staff and managers who listen to your concerns and take them seriously, lots of avenues to provide support. The staff who I have worked with take great pride in supporting patients where they can, many of whom go out of their way to help and provide comfort for patients.

I called yesterday and spoke to a member of the team about my extreme concerns for the safety of my niece and my sister who were coming for a meeting this morning. I made clear the level of risk - self harm, suicide risk and violent outbursts and that they needed urgent help. They were given no help at all and told they would be sent a letter in due course. I am so shocked at the negligent level of care offered to people in desperate need of help due to severe mental health problems. Appalling.
