I've been around many gyms for many years and Craig's gym is top tier. Very welcoming and helpful. None of this nonsense macho drivel that you get in a lot of gyms - just great quality teaching and sensible approaches. A safe place for kids and adults of all levels. If I was gonna send my kid somewhere, it would be somewhere like CBMMA.
