Great plants. Great value. Great staff.
Much better than some garden centres that are like giant supermarkets.
In addition there is a lovely cafe next door.

My daughter and myself took an elderly lady with her Zimmer frame to buy plants. We had 2 trollies and used the space for the three of us. When we came to pay my daughter put the ladies plants on the counter. The gentleman serving seemed very annoyed that we hadn't got a trolley each and made no allowance for the fact that we had a vulnerable person with us who needed help. He was extremely rude to us and became quite aggressive. I pointed out the difficulties we had in helping the lady but he just became more and more irate to the point where I was quite frightened. His attitude and customer service level were both appalling and something I have not met before. The plants and centre itself is first rate but this service level is not acceptable.

Crick garden center is a good place to buy garden flowers and shrubs at a reasonable price. There is also a range of garden accessories and potting compost. Staff are friendly too.

We were supposed to pick something up from a canalboat moored up at the bridge, then go for a browse in the garden centre as we love these kinds of places for souvenir shopping on holiday. After we parked up*, 2 very sour ladies came out shouting and yelling we could not park there if we went for a hike. They were awfully rude and we couldn't even explain properly before they started shouting again. What happened to normal communication with (possible) customers? Then they went inside and their prying eyes followed us until we drove elsewhere to park. We waved politely. It was like a hilarious bizarre scene of an English sketch show.

*To be fair, a Dutch licence plate, putting on wellies for the muddy path and taking our bagpacks with us as we had expensive camera gear with us which we would like not to leave unattended in the car, it might looked like we were pesky tourists going for walk.
Needless to say the way they 'communicated' made us not come back for our usual garden centre souvenir shopping spree.

They deserve the award for most sour shop keepers we have met during our travels in the UK though, well done!

I've just come back home from visiting your Garden Centre for the first time. I saw a pile of used plastic saucers with price tickets on, behind plants that were for sale. So decided to have a few as i wasn't bothered by them being used. Went to pay for them as well as Bug spray. We were told by the lady that they aren't for sale, being used by yourselves. I'm sorry but if they are priced, surely we could buy them. If not they should be stored away from paying customers. Not a good first experience, especially as it was in front of other paying customers as well. Had to leave the queue and look for new ones and go back into the queue to pay. You do have a lovely selection of plants for sale and i liked the way your centre is laid out. Hopefully i will come back again and have a better experience

Great garden centre, regularly open, well stocked with plants from high value structural plants to bedding plants, bulbs, vegetables and fruit trees, and perennials. Always worth a look to see what they've got in and very reasonably priced. Also, friendly knowledgeable staff.
