Recently attended the 4 week in-person course with DC Teacher Training. The course was really good, based in the city centre, close to trains and buses. I will say this to anyone looking to do your CELTA, specifically people who haven't studied recently or have no university experience - REVISE and/or LEARN english grammar before attending! The course is intense enough as it is without having to take on the extra stress of trying to catch up. It can be difficult, stressful and all those other things but, once you're qualified you'll appreciate that certificate!
