Definitely this is a place to be, the atmosphere is great, everybody is very supportive.
You can buy day pass or set up monthly payment. Highly recommend to anybody

Horrible administrative, my membership was rolling, two classes a week, I attended for 1 month and asked for a temporary cancellation because I didn't know if I would practice again, I was informed that I could pause for only one month which was very strange, even so there was automatic debit, and also for the next two months, even though I canceled definitively.

I requested a refund several times, I had a response asking for the bank details, so far I have not received the refund, the whole process has been going on for 4 months, when I get my refund I hope to come back here to give feedback on the situation.

This is a very good gym. Nathan and Edmund are such incredible coaches and the members are very welcoming. Not every gym is where the head coach is wbc world champion and other coaches also hold national regional etc titles. Its a serious gym ran by serious people but very friendly too. Good parking as well

I've been to a few gyms in Birmingham looking for a good gym to train at, and was very happy when I found this gym. Great atmosphere, friendly environment, coaches and training partners always looking out for and helping eachother improve rather than just trying best each other. Fitness classes are very good as well. The gym is overall catered for everyone, from beginners to advanced, from people who just want to train and learn to people who want to become professional and progress in the sport.
