I have suffered with back issues over the years so I decided once I retired from full time work I would do something for me. I started with Pilates and loved it. Paul and Tanya are great instructors and gave a lovely studio with a friendly relaxing atmosphere.
I had a neck injury and had a sports massage with Paul!!! It was so painful but really worked after 2 sessions I was pain free.
I recently had a fall and hurt my lower back which Paul worked on with his magic hands with great results.
A couple of weeks ago I had hot stones massage which was amazing. I have had a few massages over the years but nothing compared to this. Paul certainly knows his stuff and I think massage is his forte.
