Explore learning is one the best tuition centres in whole Birmingham I would say . My son was struggling with his maths and English after taken him only for couple months of his maths skills has improved massively and so is his English he learn a lot . All The staffs are very kind and friendly my son feel very happy and confident going to explore learning . I would definitely recommend exploring learning a to anyone whom wants their kids to improve their learning skills.

My son is incredibly happy with tuition at Explore Learning. The tutors are dedicated and supportive while encouraging for my son to apply what he has learned. The system used at Explore Learning is interactive, my son finds the app to be cool to use, he engages with it so easily that he has even taken the routine to log in and do his work without me being around. This same system is very informative to me as the parent, I can see the progress in real time and check what my son has been learning. I am particularly happy that tutors and managers know my son as a person, his qualities as an individual and can give me detailed information of his improvements and opportunities to improve.This is an amazing place. I recommend to every parent interested

my daughter use to attend the centre in handsworth, much more hands-on, approachable and interactive.

The staff here display a laissez-faire approach. fail to reach out to schedule in-progress meetings DESPITE ATTENDING THE CENTRE WEEKLY TO COLLECT MY CHILD.

difficult to get hold of and poor attitude towards the development of children's learning

unfortunate the same level of professionalism, inclusivity and encouragement was not displayed at this centre.

if your child is in secondary school I urge you to look elsewhere as they fail to work alongside what been taught in school to enhance understanding.

Extremely Disappointing Service at Explore Learning Harborne

I have been trying to cancel my son's class at Explore Learning Harborne for quite some time, yet despite numerous emails and phone calls, the class has still not been canceled. I was promised by the manager that they would reach out to resolve the issue, but I have received no communication whatsoever.

What’s worse is that I have been charged £149 for a service we no longer wish to continue, despite clearly requesting the cancellation. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and to be charged for something we do not want. Is it the policy of Explore Learning to disregard customer requests and continue charging for unwanted classes?

I strongly urge the management to take customer concerns seriously and improve their communication.
