I’ve been to many gyms before and feel like I’m finally able to stick with a gym because I’m so happy with going. There is always a nice crowd of people in there and the aesthetic is great!
It’s a fantastic gym for both genders. The machines are great, staff are friendly and they keep the gym the clean and tidy! This is so important to me.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks for making a great gym for the girls!

This gym is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt a strong sense of community. The support from Amy and Harry has boosted my confidence and keeps me coming back. They make everyone feel valued and offer personalized encouragement that has greatly impacted my fitness journey. All the staff are friendly, but Amy and Harry truly stand out for their dedication.

They consistently check in, provide advice, and celebrate our achievements, creating an empowering atmosphere. Their warm greetings make me look forward to my workouts, reminding me of the supportive community I’m part of.

The gym is also impressively clean and well-maintained.

Gym itself is nice, friendly staff, but I find the communication quite poor. Gym flooded this morning, there was no sign on the door saying it was flooded, there has been no social media posts, no emails.

I feel like their customers who are paying £30 a month at least deserve a text saying that the gym is closed due to the flooding. So they don’t get ready to go to the gym to find out they can’t go.

Not sure when they will be open again - no communication so canceled membership and have joined a new gym.

Only have good things to say about the gym. Owner and staff are polite and approachable. Gym is very clean and the toilet/shower facilities are spotless. Equipment/machines are in good order and varied, more than enough weight/equipment for general fitness and the serious bodybuilder alike. 👍💪

Best gym ever.. as you can probably tell from my other reviews I eat a lot of crap, and to compensate I need to spend a lot of time at the gym. This is the cleanest and most friendly gym I’ve ever been to. So well laid out and feels like great value for money.

Decent gym and equipment, always kept clean and tidy.
There are no hooks to hang your clothes in the shower area of the mens changing room .
25 kg plates would be useful for the legpress and hacksquat machines.

Best gym I've been to in as long as I can remember. Extremely well equipped with modern equipment (especially liked the barbells with built in clips), clean and tidy, and good changing room facilities. Just bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.

As an avid gym goer, Fast Fitness is a premium space with equipment for everyone and the best in the area in my opinion. The staff are extremely welcoming and professional (shoutout to Amy and Harry, you LEGENDS !). They also offer a wide variety of classes with the added bonus of pre and post-workout snacks (more gains !). It is also a great spot to sit and work as they have a seating area with plugs and WiFi for guests. Highly recommend swinging by 🤙
