I recently attended an Excel course at Frog.

The communications sent ahead of the course were excellent; clear, concise and accurate with details of lunch options to order ahead of the day.

The office is welcoming and Rachel (our trainer for the day) greeted us and offered hot drinks. Perfect!

I attended with a colleague and we were fortunate enough to be the only two attendees on the day. This meant that we had Rachel’s full attention and the training delivered was fantastic.

She’s a warm, friendly, professional and fun (whoever thought Excel would be fun?!) tutor who is extremely knowledgeable (not just Excel; all MS Office products) and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered and discussed in depth, as much as we needed them to be.

The sessions were just over an hour or so long, with a break for drinks and time away from your monitor after each one. Lunch break was around an hour, the bakery that provided lunch is a short walk away, and the selection and quality of the sandwiches and baguettes was fantastic.

I’d definitely recommend Frog based on my day spent there. Thank you Rachel 🙂

Great training session! Rachel was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

The advanced formulae course I took with Frog delivered by Rachel was immensely helpful - I work a lot with excel reports and thought I had a great understanding of the software.

With what Rachel has shown me I think I've probably wasted a good few years of my life manually inputting numbers, data and formulas into excel when I could have used these simple techniques to make it much easier for my self - Highly recommend.

A few of my colleagues and I completed to Excel Introduction course.
The day had a great structure with plenty of refreshment breaks which are needed throughout the day. The course covered areas that was in the guide line but any other questions we had Rachel was happy to help and even showed us a few tricks that wasn't included in the introduction session. I would definitely recommend FROG for anyone who would like to go on an Excel course as they cover all levels.
