I was suffering issues with my lower back, pelvis, shoulder and knee! She was recommended by my physiotherapist. Jade is so understanding and careful. I've been going to her for one to ones for a few months and my body is so much more stronger yet flexible than when I first started. Jade really knows her stuff. I never dread sessions, they are never boring and I leave feeling I've made progress each time. I am now a huge fan of pilates.

I can honestly say that Jade’s help has been an absolute lifesaver for me! Untreatable spinal issue and her sessions have kept me going and have strengthened me up a lot!

I started classes after a postpartum injury. A year ago, I could hardly move from pain. Thanks to these classes, I am finally mobile and active again. Jade pays close attention to individual needs / limitations, providing plenty of alternatives so that every single person can fully participate. The best thing is that she keeps it fun, making the exercises easier to get through!

Brilliant classes, always friendly laid back atmosphere. I started these classes by myself and was immediately put at ease, jade really knows how to get the best out of every client. I have seen such an improvement in myself would 100% reccomend.
