I have been a member for over a year now ,
I train with my 12 year old son in the same class as it’s mixed children’s and Adults . It’s a great class to learn all aspects of martial arts . Coach Gary Cole’s is an exceptional teacher . I particularly like that I can train with my son . We train together and the discipline he’s learning from MMA is so valuable for myself and my son’s future .

My 6 year old twins have been doing Gary's MMA classes for the last 10 months - they absolutely love it. Gary's patience, kindness and teaching skills towards the children are amazing. I cannot recommend his MMA classes highly enough.

My daughter does martial arts for more than 1 year now and she loves it. The coach is great, and makes sessions fun yet he makes sure he teaches the children well. I really like it, my little boy will also go here when he will be older. I recommend this place, try it, you will love it👌

iv been attending GPC MMA for a few months now and look forward to every session. Gary is a great coach and supported well by the other coaches. It's a great class for people of any age. Excellent place to work out and learn to defend yourself and meet new people along the way.

Good well run classes that have helped me improve my techniques and fitness. Coach Gary and Lee are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about teaching mixed martial arts. It's been over good experience and environment to learn in so far and would recommend to anyone who on the fence to come down and join a session, the 1st one is free and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

My son has been going to this group for a couple of years now, and he loves it. Master Cole manages to keep all of the kids engaged, treading that difficult line between earning their respect but also being fun. My son has grown in confidence and strength since starting, and it's also great for his concentration and self-control. Highly recommend.

My son restarted with Master Coles about 6 months ago, after stopping during Covid. He is learning useful MA in this GPC MMA format but importantly its enjoyable and in a friendly environment.
