Massive thank you to Lucy our first aid at work instructor! She was fantastic! Made it fun! First course I’ve been on where I’ve felt interested and engaged for the full three days! I left feeling confident i can now deal with all things first aid! Lucy makes you feel very relaxed and welcomes lots of questions! I will be booking again in three years and recommended to all! Really good informative course. I've done many a first aid course over the years but Helens real life experiences and knowledge made this course 1 of the better ones. She is very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend taking a course with her.

I've just finished a 3 day first aid course with the lovely Karen. It was my first one, and I was a bit nervous about it, but she eased my mind straight away, and made all our time together, informative, and fun. Thank you Lucy for such a great course. I was dreading 3 days first aid death by PowerPoint, but I actually really enjoyed it.
I learned so much and enjoyed all 3 days.

I found my first aid course very well presented, this was a renewal course for me but still learned a few new things. The tutor was very good and made it relaxing and fun to do.
