From my very first visit, I loved the experience at HI Energy Gym. I had a lovely conversation, felt welcomed, and signed up straight away.
When I arrived for my induction, I was a little late due to writing down the wrong time, but the two wonderful girls didn’t turn me away.
Instead, they made sure I still had a fantastic induction, teaching me so much about technique and creating a workout plan tailored exactly to my needs. I loved every minute!

The classes are amazing, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. It is such a supportive space for women, and I highly recommend this gym.

Hi Energy is a fab place to work out. It's clean and tidy and all staff members are friendly and approachable. I'm currently in the middle of the 12 week transformation and I'm finding it challenging but in a really positive way, Maisy is an excellent PT, she encourages and pushes you to be able to get the results you never thought you'd be able to do, in turn building your confidence in the gym. I can't fault any of the staff members, all are lovely. Highly recommend this gym.

I went to look around this gym today with a view to joining. The staff were friendly and approachable, the gym was clean and inviting. However, when it came to discussing how much it was for membership, I was told I would have to pay an initial joining fee of £40 ON TOP of the monthly fee of £38. I have no issue with the monthly fee, I felt like it was good value for money as it included access to all the classes. But a joining fee? I've never had to pay a joining fee in any other gym previously. When I questioned this, the lady explained, at great length, that there were no other ladies only gym facilities in the local area, that her gym was the only one and that the Keighley Leisure Centre was closing in February. She was very pushy regarding me joining today and told me that she'd be putting the prices up in the next few weeks. I didn't respond well to the hard sell, nor to the fact that she was intimating I had no other choices for a gym in Keighley other than High Energy (they also emailed me AND texted me when I got home to ask me to join). I said I'd think about it and get back to them. But the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. As a woman exisiting in our current society, haven't I paid enough already...? Objectification, misogyny, unattainable beauty standards, painful periods, inequality, unequal pay and the rest. And now a business who pertains to be a safe space for women to focus on health and wellbeing is adding an extra charge just for having a vagina. High Energy know that they are the sole female only gym in the area and women who feel uncomfortable or unsafe attending mixed gyms are being forced to pay extra for that. No thank you. If this is what a ladies only gym is, I'll take my chances elsewhere where there isn't a joining fee, a tax on being female or a tax on vulnerability.

I’ve recently joined Hi-Energy gym for their 12 week transformation programme. I’m half way through and a stone in weight down. The classes and PT sessions are tailored to the needs of the ladies on the programme and I do feel supported on my weight loss and health improvement journey. I would highly recommend it if anyone was thinking of giving it a go.

I’ve been a member at Hi-Energy for 4 years now. I love the friendly environment with all the staff and members being really approachable. They have a range of classes running throughout the week and a good range of equipment. There’s something for everyone.

I was always too nervous to go to the gym. Been wanting to sign up to one for over 7 years. Im getting married this June so eventually had the courage to sign up and thought a ladies only gym would be less anxious.
How i wish i did this sooner!!
The place is super clean and the staff are absolutely amazing.
If you ever need any help someone is always super happy to help show how machines work if you’re forgetful like me.

Joined hi-energy gym in the new year and I absolutely love. Couldn’t rate it any higher! The girls are so supportive and helpful. The classes are absolutely amazing! Especially spin class. I’ve never pushed myself so hard! I’ve been to many gyms in my life but since having my little girl 18 months ago I needed more push than ever! I felt so welcome ever since the first day I stepped foot in this gym. I’d massively recommend for anyone looking to get in shape or just to meet new people in the same boat as you. I’d give it higher stars if I could.

Such a lovely gym! All staff are so helpful and really listen to what your goals are. It’s always immaculate and well looked after, and they like to invest in new gym equipment. Never thought I’d love going to the gym so much but I’m so happy I’ve finally found such an amazing gym!
