We enjoyed our stay and had a good weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. ||We ate at Marco Pierre’s restaurant both for valentines evening and for my wife’s birthday the next day. There was confusion on what I had initially paid for prior but informed the staff that I had previously paid for the 3-course meal as they had me down for another plan. It took ages to connect to the WiFi but luckily I was eventually able to and showed the staff my confirmation so we then received the 3 courses. The food was ok the first night but we were a bit underwhelmed especially with the calamari as it’s our usual favourite but this version just did not taste that great either with no flavour even though we used all the lemon on it. We ordered bread for the table which was lovely when we dipped it in olive oil and vinegar, with the only complaint that there wasn’t enough. Breakfast at the hotel was nice with a variety of choice and was our favourite meal. ||The beds and room was comfy but we realised that it could do with a little renovation. They did not provide us with enough towels only two towels in the bathroom for the four of us, also they did not top up on the shower gel, so we resorted on using the shower gel I fortunately brought along with us.||We used the pool, spa, steam and sauna rooms which were nice. The gym was tiny but had some good equipment. Again these areas could use a bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch but we still enjoyed it. The staff member who turned out to be the manager of the health club could have been a lot more friendlier as she had a face and attitude from hell and wasn’t very welcoming to most ppl who were about to use the facility. This does not give a good vibe at all. ||On our check out day we used the bar service which we received brilliant friendly service. My daughters also received their free ice cream so they were happy. ||I’m not sure if I would return to this hotel, however, we still had a good time regardless.

I came to the hotel for an event and its nice to say that its one of the nice ones ive stayed in.

The place was clean and presentable, the meeting rooms were comfortable and temperature controlled and the breakfast was great. It was well presented with a wide variety to choose from. Filled myself up before the event ready to go with a clear head.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Can’t thank them enough.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and a fantastic breakfast experience here! The service was top-notch, and Chefs Kelly and Tasha went above and beyond to make our meal special. The made-to-order omelets were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and made just the way we liked them. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The warm and inviting atmosphere added to the overall experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying in the hotel. Staffs were friendly, accomodating and very nice, especially Vikash in the reception. Amenities were superb! My daughter had a great time splashing into the pool while i relax into their jacuzzi and sauna. Room was spotless. We'll definitely come back here.

It’s a nice hotel but… scam parking it’s awful. There is no information anywhere about car park charges. £24 for one night it’s ridiculous. We have been told that we should pay on reception and it’s half price. Still to much especially when u pay a decent money for a room. Staff not really helpful. We have been told to ask for a refund but how ? Rooms very nice, modern design and clean. Bar staff not very well trained. |How I can ask for a car park refund charge? I think it’s so unfair to pay that much ! |Also, EV charge not available!

I have complained and had such a poor experience and I am so shocked no one has come back to me. I can only assume it was due to them knowing how bad this experience was. I have already informed friends and family and they can't believe it. I have a video and pictures for Proof and your team and your out of hours member on the phone.

Firstly when I arrived to hotel, your team gave me room 111 and it was still obviously just been used. Not cleaned, bed all over place, used towel, previous members drinks and cups. I showed the desk this and they gave me a level 2 room. When I went to bed the bed lights wouldn't turn off. I called the desk and the out of hours number. They member came upstairs. I asked him to turn the lights off to see if it was me doing something incorrect. He couldn't turn them off. The person on the phone was apologising and the person with me said he would give me another room...he said he would be back. I waited for a while and realised it took some time, so I went to reception....he wasn't even rushing to support me and just decided to mop around reception. I said to him what is going on? He obviously forgot or didn't care and then he gave me a card and took me to a room on ground floor.

Due to all this I didn't get to bed until around 3am. I missed my paid breakfast also.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Had to go to 3 different rooms, staff forgetting about me, a room where lights don't turn off...I have a video. And a room not cleaned at all and given to me...I have pictures.

I paid over £100 for the room and breakfast.

Please therefore give me a refund. I will be looking to take this further as this is really poor.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The reception team on arrival gave a warm welcome and our room was spacious, clean and tidy. The room was quiet and much bigger than we had expected. Breakfast was excellent - the team who greated us for breakfast made us really welcome and we felt like one of the family. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the area and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team who looked after us.

Our visit was great. The hotel is easy to find, the check in was fast and easy.
The children enjoyed the pool. The female pool attendant was a little immature and unprofessional when speaking to us but all the rest of the staff were amazing especially chef Tasha and the waitress who gave the kids a chocolate coin and made their day! The restaurant is fabulous and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble.
