We had a great experience with Instaloft! Jim was our sales guy and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Jason and Nikki were our fitters and they were great, got on with the job quickly and left it nice and tidy. We went for the package with the electrics and ladder included; great value for money. We had a loft ladder 🪜 fitted by INSTALOFT more than FIVE YEARS ago. Recently, it shifted a bit and put pressure on the hatch opening. Sent an e-mail got a prompt response for ‘further details’. Convenient appointment put in the calendar. Installer came, did a cracking job. Followed up the following morning with a phone call. NB NO CHARGE as lifetime guarantee. Excellent Company. 100% recommendation.
