We love camping here! Full use of facilities, very short walk to the centre of Kendal. Great pitch space, everyone is so welcoming. The caretaker is great. We were really well looked after and the club was a great space to take our 3 month old baby camping for the first time! We will be back

I went to see, and photograph, the Rock on Kendal event. It was a really great day out, great acts, Hammerhead, Storm, Massive Wagons and Status Quo. The venue was well set up, intimate even with a few thousand people in there with you, the sound and lighting was spot on and all of the bands were up for it. The club house was really nice and the VIP area looked very much worth it. Good choice of food and good selection of beers. Hope its on again next year 🙂

Went to the rugby club for an RFU meeting. The room was well appointed for a meeting with a TV screen. Coffee was supplied as were other bits and pieces. The presentation and the presenters were excellent and the information they delivered was up to date and relevant. The car parking at the ground was excellent with plenty of space in the bays. Kendal RFC is a modern facility with lots of amenities.

Many years after playing then moving away, I dropped back in last weekend, and started to regret ever leaving. The facilities have been fantastically upgraded since my time, and the hospitatlity and warmth form players past and present is as good as it gets. Happy Memories - great day, sore head.

I've been here a few times and it's a good place with good people. They are also hosting the D Day 80th anniversary on 6th June This year it promises to be a great event with a hog roast included in the price.
