I have nothing but good things to say about the Kip team in Bournville. The tutors are supportive, encouraging and help build confidence in all the children they work with. Most importantly, the sessions were enjoyable, and we will miss them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if your child needs a bit of extra support in a personalised setting.

Very Personal , highly professional , safe , caring tuition centre for my 8 year old son . I have tried other centre in the past , the main difference is children are taught by teachers by profession, not run by university students. Children get the balance of screen based learning and conventional paper based work at class and homeworks.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and dedication shown by Carol, Karen, and Tasnein, who is now studying elsewhere, along with the team at Kip McGrath Bournville. My daughter started school during the lockdown and faced numerous challenges, including a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, ODD, and attachment disorder at the end of 2023. These difficulties made it hard for her to focus in school, and she often faced exclusion due to her struggles. She was significantly behind her peers academically.

Upon my sister's recommendation, we decided to enroll her at Kip McGrath. From the very beginning, Carol was extremely helpful and understanding, always willing to make arrangements if situations took a turn for the worse. Once my daughter settled into the routine, she grew to love the tutors and took pride in completing her work and earning rewards for the points she saved.

Over the years, with the dedicated help of Carol, Karen, and Tasnein, my daughter made remarkable progress. She caught up with her English skills and developed a love for writing, showcasing her creativity. This progress allowed us to shift her focus to improving her maths skills. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our sessions at Kip McGrath due to her passion for acting, which required rehearsals during the same time as her tutoring sessions and the travel time of 30-40 minutes each way.

Our experience with Kip McGrath Bournville has left us with fond memories and a deep appreciation for the care and attention they bring to their teaching. They not only helped my daughter academically but also instilled valuable life lessons. Thank you, Kip McGrath Bournville, for everything you have done for us.

My daughter joined the centre in September 2023 to boost her Maths skills in view of November mock GCSE/GCSE preparation. She joined the onsite class on a weekly basis and we were pleased to note that she felt more confident throughout the 3 months she attended. She felt assisted and helped by Billy, her tutor, who was supportive of her works. Her mock results were really good! At first glance, you may wonder if something with only positive reviews can truly be as good as it seems. However, I can wholeheartedly assure you that Kip McGrath Bournville is a stellar 5-star+ tutoring center.

The team there, where I had both Maths and English tutoring, consistently goes above and beyond in their teaching. Unlike most school teachers who often have to manage large classes of 20 or more students, Kip maintains smaller class sizes, with a maximum of 5-6 students. This smaller setting allows for a much deeper dive into the subject matter than what's typically possible in a school environment. It truly takes students from the somewhat robotic nature of standard classroom lessons and immerses them more effectively in the learning process.

I joined Kip just a few months before my GCSEs, and it didn't take long for me to feel not just welcomed but also appreciated as a somewhat lacking in confidence learner. The tutors quickly got to know how each student learns and absorbs information, which is absolutely essential for effective education. If you were wondering, Kip offers tutoring services for both primary and secondary school children. During my time there, I managed to double my grades compared to what I was initially predicted by my teachers, and that's all thanks to Kip's exceptional support.

One remarkable aspect of Kip is their Points system.
