I took a jacket in to the shop to get it embroidered for my Granddaughter. Helen was extremely helpful and said she would get it done asap. Two days later she called and told me it was ready for collection.

Brilliant experience and customer service getting all my sons and daughters uniforms from lads and lasses. Friendly staff, and so helpful. Had to order some that was out of stock, and it came quickly and they contacted me straight away when it was in store. Highly recommended.

Ordered our grandson’s first uniform - very last minute…from the start, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us with size needed. Finally I ordered and due to how busy they were I was told around 10 days - however all items were available within 6 days. Excellent service and also extremely polite, which is rare these days (I dealt with both shops and both were equally professional).
I’d definitely recommend using them.

Always purchased uniforms from here , I am giving an honest review . I went into the shop in end of July there was 2 customers in the shop and 2 staff members showing no acknowledgement at all so I left and went following week to be greeted and fantastically helped by Spenser who helped me and explained what I needed to do on line to order . I ordered all items and paid in full , 3 weeks on and I was still waiting for some communication which wasn’t happening. I rang And rang and sent numerous emails , nothing .whilst I totally understand the difficulties surrounding Covid the difficulties should have been put on web site when ordering so people are aware . There choice then if they go somewhere else .Luckily for me I saw Spenser on the door helping the long que of people waiting and he went to see if my items were there , which they were thankfully . Spenser definitely needs a promotion as he is a calm,helpfulland definitely a people person and had lots of patience . Thank you Spenser my son and I were stressing he would have no uniform for new school .
