**A quick update - I recently used the hypnosis training to do my first ever group session whilst coaching at a mens retreat. I did a session on confidence to a room of 10 men and the feedback was fantastic. I did not initially come to the Life Practice specifically for hypnosis training, but it's become a really valuable tool in my kit and clients have found it to be a real game-changer in their coaching sessions.

I do not have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to to describe how amazing she is. Hayley's knowledge, skills and understanding of each concept we worked through was always evident allowing me to grow and gain confidence as a practitioner.
