At 52, I feel in the best physical shape and strength I’ve ever had in my life, and it’s all thanks to Jamie’s exceptional coaching and individualised approach. From the moment I started working with him, his expertise and dedication to my personal goals were evident. The coaching program he designed for me is tailored specifically to my body, goals, and progress capability, making it far more than just a standard fitness routine.

What really sets him apart is his in-depth knowledge and ability to push me to consistently achieve and surpass my personal bests. His coaching goes beyond just exercises – he ensures I understand the “why” behind every movement, keeping me engaged, motivated, and, most importantly, consistent. Jamie is amazing! I’m 50 years old now but feel healthier, fitter and stronger than I have done for years. Jordan is a wonderful personal trainer. I’ve been training with him for over a year now and he’s been attentive, highly professional and very knowledgeable the whole time.
