Nice venue, easy to get in and queues were managed well. As always food and drink very expensive. We were there for a concert and the sound/lighting was great.

Paid for parking in advance - cheaper and quicker to get out of the car park. Long walk to the arena, so go prepared if it's raining. Security checks were efficient. No urinals in the men's loos, so big queues. View of the stage wasn't too bad from standing and the sound quality was good. A good night was had by all

Nice place....a little run down in some places. Staff excellent....except security the staff at the concert we went to were a little rude at times. Went to see '21 Pilots' at the BP Pulse arena. Got lost on way out trying to find the car park. But that kinda added to the fun....food and drink vendors prices were extortionate....overall a great experience.

I was here for the home building and renovation show 2025 and I loved it not much of a walk from Birmingham international train station and good food facilities and great stands and layout.

Staff at the venue were very helpful alongside the event organisers overall a great location to host your event and tap into the local West Midlands market.

Attended the 2024 Christmas circus dinner and had an absolutely amazing night! Despite the numerous tables and huge amount of attendees, every course came out piping hot and delicious. All of the entertainment was five star and we particularly enjoyed the circus rides and games. The bacon sandwiches at midnight we're also very well appreciated!

Great Venue for events, tend to visit several times a year for different exhibitions. I would recommend purchasing parking tickets in advance if you want to park close to the arena. If you prefer to pay on the day it is cheaper than online and there are free shuttle buses running from every carpark. Never had an issue

Came here for Crufts again and it's a fantastic venue. Staff are friendly and it's well organised.
Not too keen on the stands that try to coerce you to sign up or buy things, but I would definitely come back.

As a store owner, a visit this place a fair few times in the year, specifically Vape Shows, and then on a my personal hobbies Cycle Shows.

This time it was the Vape Show. Very well executed this time round arranging all the show stalls into a more accessible area, felt busy and products to see every step. Car parking is a breeze, you don’t have to book in advance, but it’s cheaper and it’s no fuss in or out.

Road layouts well signed. Staff were courteous. And a variety of food and drink venues.
