As someone who normally gets anxious at going to training courses, Neil made the group feel at ease straightaway. He was engaging and very personable, delivering the course content succinctly and professionally. Would highly recommend his training services.

The Care Home I came to Manage was not up to date with the training requirements needed for staff to understand the clients needs & preferences. I attended a training session on L1 Adult Safeguarding. The mix between presentation and practical work was spot on and Neil certainly came across as a friendly and informed trainer. He was able to hit on and convey the seriousness of the materials, without needlessly lingering on them, keeping the session moving forward positively.

I attended Adult Safeguarding 1 as a volunteer with Age UK. My history of such training has been with the NHS where this and other similar training courses were part of the statutory/mandatory training programme. Now I'm doing it from a voluntary aspect, you are there by choice but at the back of my mind there was still a bit of that dreaded "safeguarding training" feeling. How wrong! Neil made it fun, very interactive, questions at the end of sections as little 'what have you learnt so far' markers, just brilliant! Coupled with that you are there with other volunteers who are also there by choice. I am, as I write, booked onto another training session in the next few days. With my experience of NHS compulsory training, I never thought that I would ever say, "I am looking forward to it", but I am! I definitely recommend this training.

Completed E-Learning Courses with Neil Lee Training and they were great. Very professional website and delivery of courses with excellent balance of video clips, text and activities. Really concise, efficient and effective training. Will definitely be back.
