I parked on double yellow opposite the site and some guy came out from here shouting at me saying your lucky you didn't get a ticket. He seemed angry at me. I dont even know why.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

They will be super enthusiastic when they try to seal the deal and once the payment is made, they do not want to hear about any of the issues you have with the car.

Currently serving them a letter before action as the car I purchased from them have caused me ample amount of money from repairs that should’ve been covered by them!!!

They lie and lie to you! Don’t buy from them at all cost !!!

I was buying a car from here, asked the guy if any damage, he had said categorically not been in an accident.
I asked to have an MOT done at a place or my choice, was not an unreasonable distance but instead he did it at his neighbours place, other reviews prove that this is dodgy after they have then taken their cars elsewhere for second opinions and has been shown to not be roadworthy after their MOT
After inspection from an independent mechanic, many faults and replaced parts as previously been in an accident. When all faults pointed out to this repair shop selling the car they denied it and had a tantrum even after knowing all signs of repair.
Now asking for my deposit back as i am well within my consumer rights and the guy won't even answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Misleading information and now breaking the law to keep £500!
Stay away at all costs. having to bring in trading standards so no one else gets scammed.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I put a £500 deposit for a car which was guaranteed to not have been in an accident. I then paid an independent mechanic to have a look at the motor and was advised not only been in an accident, but several parts of the car removed and replaced. This place is now not giving my refund back even though it was never stated it was non refundable! I have had to contact trading standards and the police.

If you need repairs or want to buy a used car go elsewhere. The place has 0 customer service and is run by a bunch of cowboys. They have no idea what they are doing and need to be shut down. This place has cost me hundreds and hundreds of pounds which has left me in a difficult position.

I thought they could be trusted because of 5* reviews they recieved. But looking into this, they are from years ago and most likely from family members and friends. Please don't make the mistake I have and just avoid this place!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Scammer alert!! VERY DODGY. A complaint has been filed to the trading standards office and further legal action will be taken against Ovi Motors.
They falsely advertised a car and said it was not damaged and mislead my friend into paying a £500 deposit. An independent mechanic went to inspect the car and found that the car had MOST DEFINITELY BEEN IN A CRASH. It had lots of faults and replaced parts. They’re now refusing to return his deposit, despite completely LYING about the condition of the car. Very untrustworthy seller, save your hard earned money and go anywhere but here.

Spoke to Owner of Ovi motors Ltd about a fault I was experiencing with my car , he advised me to bring my car in on a Tuesday with the view of getting the car fixed that Friday, I kept calling this mechanic only to be told he has two cars he needs to fix before mine and still at this point I was told my car would be looked at and fixed. I phoned again on the Thursday for an update only to be told the car was not even diagnosed to determine the fault and I was told to stop calling him and stressing him out.

Word of advise to Mechanic : Long and short of this review if you know you cant deal with something don't over book and promise something you cannot keep to . really appalled by the treatment of this mechanic as I thought he was reliable and friendly .
