Great hotel with lots of amenities. Free parking. Access to the pool and spa areas at no extra cost. This has just reopened following refurbishment, a lovely area. It is not a full size swimming pool but big enough to swim. Bar and restaurant on site with great service from staff. All the hotel staff were super friendly. Sherelle in the restaurant really stood out, she was very welcoming, happy to answer any questions and make great recommendations, thank you. There is a good choice of food options. Location is approx 10 mins drive from the town centre. Really surprised there are not more 5 star reviews on here. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back one day.

Visited and stayed for a funeral reception.
The grounds are lovely, the hotel has potential for better service.
The bar staff were very slow, not sure if they were familiar with alcohol!
My room, needed vacuuming properly, my brother's room, the divan bed was broken and plywood was under the mattress!!

The beds are very comfy and the room was okay - nothing special, just average.|The restaurant menu was small but the food was good. |Didn't use the spa or go to breakfast. The bar was nice and the bartenders very friendly.|The staff was very good - friendly and helpful. Michele was a great waitress when we popped down for dinner. The falafel was very good and the moussaka was delish.|Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stay here often here is my review ||Rooms - hit and miss sometimes Aircon works sometimes not once I had to ask 4 times for someone to look at. ||Could do with a air con service as rooms can smell damp and musky ||Bed lovely and comfy great pillows generally sleep well here ||Evening meal - the Indian food is fantastic shame no popadoms as would love popadoms and beer as a starter. Butter chicken is lovely and I think there is more of a menu than they give you as we have had items not on menu such as chilli paneer and lamb koftas on a buffet Wouldn’t recommend burger I had one that was raw in the middle not medium but fully raw and have seen others have the same on different occasions. ||Breakfast isn’t the best no black pudding and poor sausages. Saw a colleague have eggs Benedict and was like rubber ||Staff are great always friendly and the restaurant manager is great waitresses are friendly and bar staff are good.

We had our church wedding after party at park hall spa and hotel in Wolverhampton . It was absolutely perfect from start to finish . Location and the gardens are beautiful . Food was amazing and bridal suite was gorgeously vintage and most of all Vinit the events manager and Michelle really looked after us and made sure everything was perfect . Both our families were ever so happy . I can’t thank park hall enough for making our special day even more special . We wish we could do it all over again . You will not know this size of accommodation was tucked away in this part of Wolverhampton.
Large expanse of free parking. Helpful staff everywhere.
Rooms are decent sized and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and our room had a separate single. Rooms and public areas were clean. Generous supply of coffee. Shower a bit temperamental as it ran hot and cold and this was not at peak times. Overall, a good stay and would use again if accommodation needed in the area.

Nice hotel, clean throughout. Staff were friendly and responded well to any requests.
The spa was being refurbished when we stayed so could not experience the swimming pool, sauna etc. However, we had a good massage from Melissa.
Will definitely go back once all facilities are opened up.
Had dinner in the Grill, good food, range of drinks and desserts. The sundae and American cheese cake i recommend.

We were there for a wedding
Between booking.com and the hotel there was poor service. This hotel has poor service all round , no one is welcoming
Talk down to you and also the guests .
The front reception team apart from dhillon should have some training on customer service
Would never visit . OUR BED WAS poor and the front reception gentleman just shrugged his shoulders and said he will contact house keeping
