Disappointed as this training could have been great. The trainer Vickie made numerous comments about people from Liverpool including one which enfuriated me as a Scouser ' all scousers wear sovereign rings'. Then proceeded to laugh with a room full of people. If it weren't for me pulling her up in front of everyone, I am sure she would have carried on. Unprofessional at best.

I really enjoyed the course on first aid . Vicky was fantastic she made the course more fun and enjoyable . I never thought learning new things could be fun but what an outstanding teacher we had . Well done vicky and thank you .
