Had a great two days with Ottilia doing a Supervising First aid for Mental health course. I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment, the experience and her knowledge of the subject is outstanding and I learnt a lot. I also teach this subject and learnt a lot of teaching techniques too. Great two days with a tough and emotional subject but well worth it. Thank you!

I joined the asthma webinar yesterday (this was not my first webinar by Pochat Training I've attended). The course was extremely useful and I always find Ottilia very knowledgeable about her subjects. There is always plenty of time to ask questions. I will certainly be booking more training with Pochat Training.

I completed my Emergency First Aid at Work back in December 2022, the trainer was friendly and accommodating to my needs, she also delivered the course in a fun and engaging way, she was very informative about the things that we needed to know, plus I was trained on how to use the AED'S as well. I have also booked on to do further courses with Pochat Training as due to my ADHD, the way the training is delivered is perfect for my learning needs. Thank you.

I recently attended a parents first aid workshop. It was a great session, I found it very thorough and comprehensive. The trainer was knowledgeable and engaging. She answered all our questions and asked us beforehand if there was anything specific we wanted to learn about and she made sure to include this. I found it really helpful using the mannequins to practise on and it was good to use the AED’s too. I would definitely recommend!

We completed the parents first aid course and found it really helpful. We covered basics such as the recovery position, CPR and using an AED as well as extras such as choking, burns and treating minor bleeding. Ottilia was a great teacher and made us feel confident to provide basic first aid in an emergency. I would recommend this course to all parents.
