Great support throughout the courses from the tutors and managers, lovely staff to who you can always count on whenever you need any support.

I wouldn’t have expected an apprenticeship place to be as welcoming and friendly as this place. From day one it’s been nothing but smiling faces, people who can relate to you and are all so very down to earth!

Each tutor can hold a conversation and help you develop as a person without any form of awkwardness.

My tutor was Craig, he was always handy and was willing to communicate and work hard to get you to the places you need to.

A year and a bit later, thanks to everyone - I now have a Distinction - which coming form a background of always getting C grades at school and Merits at college, I would have never expected at the start I could achieve the things I have and I owe it to Craig, Michelle, Sue, everyone at Protocol!

I’ve completed my Pre Apprenticeship here with Protocol. They’ve got a really good structure of 3 months training followed by a 3 month work placement, which is really invaluable experience especially if you’re just starting out like me. The whole team are very welcoming and supportive in your journey and you can tell that they’re genuinely looking out for you.

After moving to Protocol from my previous training provider who went out of service as I passed my level two apprenticeship. I then joined Protocol and found the team to be very friendly and supportive throughout my time with them.

There expert knowledge is second to none. All members of staff are approachable and ready to help with any issues you may have.

I did the new frame work for my level three apprenticeship but Protocol were able to quickly adjust to the new framework and explain how it would work.

They helped me achieve a distinction for my Business Administrator apprenticeship.

I would highly recommended Protocol for anyone wanting to do an apprenticeship.
