We have stayed here before and it’s always a perfect stay. Right in the city centre with everything close by. If you’re there for a concert or show the arena is only 10 minute walk away and the O2 even nearer. ||||The hotel is stunning. The staff are brilliant. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds, comfy quilts and comfy pillows. We were on the front and even with people outside we didn’t hear anything. We will always stay here when we go to Leeds.

A mixed stay.. loved the bar area and staff. Great quality Sauvignon and nice to see free bar snacks, water, sweets and fruit on offer. Location is perfect for a city centre position. But the room left a lot to be desired considering we paid for a ‘superior’ room. Other than the large comfy bed the rest of the room was average. Not much space.. why give us a room with a desk area!! We were leisure guests. The bathroom was clean but had dated decor and the shower head did not stay up! Really poor for a hotel of this standard. |We paid extra for a late check out which wasn’t noted when we checked in or out! We found it unprofessional that the receptionist didn’t ask how our stay was when we were checking out? Maybe not wanting to hear about any complaints?

We will definitely be back to stay. A great experience at this Radisson being checked in by an extremely helpful & professional Oana on the front desk. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and very clean. |We had drinks from the bar in the evening & cannot fault the service and friendly manner in which we were served by Krutarth. |Breakfast provided lots of choice again with friendly staff and perfect poached eggs from the chef. ||An absolute 5star experience, thank you!

I stay at this hotel regularly for work. It's well located, with large spacious rooms which feel a cut above other city centre venues at the same price. The main reason I return again and again is the friendly staff. They always recognise me from previous stays, swap a few jokes, ask how I am and last year they even found out it was my birthday and left a brownie in my room!|Usually Oana or Nadia are working on reception at the weekend when I check in, both of them always have a smile and a kind word. In today's slightly anonymous world, I really appreciate their care and service.

A seamless visit from start to finish! Check in was very easily and we were kindly given a free room upgrade and breakfast the morning after by Nhu (who is absolutely lovely by the way) the rooms were large and airy either more than enough amenities. We had no trouble sleeping as the beds were really comfy and no noise could be heard from surrounding rooms. You need your key card to access the building after a certain time which I really liked and it made us feel safe. Large variety available at breakfast including pastries, cake, cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast and items made to order

I stay in this hotel a great deal for my job. It's the perfect city centre location and I find the rooms and communal areas are nicer than others at a similar price in the city.
Best of all I really appreciate the staff who work in the hotel. I often stop at the bar for a quick drink at the end of the day, Crutard and Eve always remember me and ask how work is going. Last year, they even found out it was my birthday and arranged for a brownie with a candle!
When I need t use the meeting rooms for business, I have found Engin to be the best M&E operator around. Polite, detail-orientated and takes great pride in doing a good job. It's a great hotel to stay in and use for work.

No hot water the 2nd night. Tried to have a bath the next morning, but tap was locked onto shower only. Moths in the room. Drains were smelly. I noticed someone in April complained about the smell in room 643, and that you were resolving the issues. That is not the case. Bed comfortable, good location, breakfast was fantastic

Fantastic location for shopping and leisure time in central Leeds. |Check-in reasonable but not overly friendly. Reception area very dimly lit. Bar area smelt very ‘breakfasty’ even at night so didn’t fancy going in for a drink. |Room ok, but not great. Bedroom and bed linen nice and clean. Mattress quite hard but suited me. Air-con efficient.|Bathroom a major let down, tired and in need of a major over-haul. Pathetic shower pressure and inconsistent water temperature ranging from icy cold to scarily hot within the space of seconds. Issue with water drainage especially in sink. Toilet clean but looking down it was very stained - rather off putting. Toilet paper very hard and scratchy. Only 1 hand and 2 bath towels provided. |Tea making facilities stingy, possibly not re-stocked from previous guest stay. No biscuits and little milk. 2 bottles of water were nice though. Window in room but zero view except a brick wall. Good black-out curtains but pull pole for them had snapped off. ||Location is a winner, but overall I probably wouldn’t choose to come back.
