Absolutely awful customer service and delivery. I ordered school uniform to the value of £92 in early August and on the week before school commenced I was still being ignored by this business when I asked where my order was Eventually after many phone calls I got an answer early one morning by a young sounding male who was polite. He assured me my order would be in the shop the next day. I had paid postage but I needed to get the uniform so I went to the shop and collected the parcel from a woman who looked totally disinterested. Part of the order a skirt I was told was not in this order but I would be notified when it arrived. It's now October 15th and guess what no skirt has arrived on the two occasions I have been to the shop it is closed at 1030 on a weekday morning. The opening times on the door say that they are open at this time of day. They are not responding to emails, not answering the phone and not responding to messages left on their phone. I have paid in August for the total order which included delivery charge. I have had to purchase another skirt. They owe me the cost of the skirt £20 +£5 postage. I know of one other person who has gone to the shop and had to demand hi son's school uniform after waiting 2 months. Now I read these reviews.I think all those experiencing these issues need to inform their school heads and demand they act by withdrawal of the contract to supply the school uniform unless they can supply. Though I support sma business this is absolutely unacceptable

DO NOT USE! if i could score zero stars I would! Order some school uniform items a month ago and still waiting for items. When ordering they advised would be following week however this was false, it turns out people ordered in July were still waiting for items, wish I had checked reviews before hand. I have called a few times every day for the last week but the phone line doesn’t seem to be working, my emails are bouncing back and I even visited the store at 9am this morning when they open waited over 20 mins and store did not open. There is no communication whatsoever! Absolutely shocking customer service. They have taken my money and are now ignoring all contacts. So many unhappy customers! How am I meant to get a refund if I can’t even speak or see anyone!? Do not buy from this shop!

Horrendous. Use at your own peril. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a fleece in August and were told it would be 10 days. That's fine, I understand they are ordered in. It didn't turn up. We were constantly told it was in, then after travelling to Daventry, from Rugby, it wasn't in. They were extremely rude and basically said deal with it. The final straw was today when he looked me in the eye and called me a liar, saying they never phone customers, even though we had spoken to them the day before. Disgraceful customer service and I will never use them again. You can call me a lot of things, but never call me a liar!! Don't waste your time or money!

DO NOT USE!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered uniform in mid July and told it would be ready mid August. I had to contact them towards the end of August and was told there had been a delay and that it would hopefully be done the Friday before my child went back to school. Still no uniform the day before so I phoned again and told they were having to cancel the order and I would get a refund. I went to another supplier who were much better.I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN, MASSIVELY UNHELPFUL AND UNAPOLOGETIC STAFF, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Ordered a skirt on the 2nd January and paid for delivery - 2 weeks later - no skirt - there seems to be a pattern here in these reviews. The number on the website is incorrect, so I'm unable to speak to anyone and my emails have bounced back!!! I'm annoyed that I had to rate this company with one star to start the review!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

I'd never use again! Ordered uniform at the beginning of the summer holidays to ensure I had everything ready. I'm still waiting for it to come in! Each week I've called them to ask when it'll be available, and each week I'm told Wednesday.. so many Wednesdays have come and gone and still nothing! Last week, Tuesday, I called and after asking ' what was going on'! He hung up on me! I am amazed these people can stay trading with such poor service! Never, ever before have I had such bad service from a purchase. Its beyond appalling!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. You can order your child's school uniform 4 months in advance and it will not be ready when it's supposed to be. They won't return calls, voicemails or emails. Alot of orders, particularly those online are upfront costs and getting a refund is brutal when they don't complete the order. This place shouldn't be in business. They may have changed their name but the attitude and service is exactly the same... terrible. I went somewhere else nearby and got everything I needed the same day.

Waiting for uniforms since July.
When asked for refund, stupid excuses, we don’t have WiFi, card machine not working.
Have to come back twice to get money back. Never again shopping there and do not recommend to anyone else.
